I have realised I have not poster anything about my Crosby Beach Project in January. I was a great day but very wet and cold.

I did not realise want a good day it would be and how many great friends I have got.

I enjoyed talking to the people that were just walking on the beach etc. Explaining want we were doing and why all the bricks are on that beach.
My Family were ace by collecting over 500 bricks. Each Brick Castle is 1 year since World War Two ended. Lots of poeple lost their homes and work place in the War.
The Installation title is 'Everyone's Home is Their Castle'

Project. The Landowner of the Park would like to closes the Butterfly Park and Build on it. But the Council have step into paid the land.

The Butterfly Park site is right by a railway were thee was a brickworks and other Industrial works.

Taking all this into concidension I want to construction homes of the wildlife that are already living there. By using the bricks and logs that are all around the site. I constructed Wildlife Stack from all the materials we collected.

Had space in college this week. Working out ideas how I can controlnatural light. How can I get the shadows I like, I have done quite a few installation and the natural light and the blinds cast some greatlight.
Just need to research how I can do this, I do like the uncontrol ability of natural light and how it changes as the sun moves around.
I started to use white thread which gives a completely different effect, I do find it strange how you can struggle with a concept and you do something simple like changs a colour and it works...
